General Information & Highlights

  • Liyu Nuggets series UV belt guide machine can realize the stable output of a series of soft and hard materials such as soft film, knife scraping cloth, car sticker, high permeability film, reflective film, 3P cloth, KT board, cardboard, PVC, etc. At the same time, it has the remarkable characteristics of zero waste of printing materials and no error in long-size printing. 
  • The UV tape guide machine has accurate printing size, no need to calculate measurement compensation, and can be used immediately; no need to lead cloth, no material waste, cost saving; medium versatility.
  • Optional four-zone intelligent variable frequency adsorption function, which can adapt to various soft and hard materials, making printing easier. Soft materials do not wrinkle, hard materials do not warp.
  • Optional automatic belt guide system. The long-format printing material is not deformed and does not deviate.
  • Optional front and rear independent winding systems can simultaneously retract one roll of 3.2-meter material and two rolls of 1.6-meter material. Various formats are easy to deal with and more convenient.
